Meet Michael Rustom

With nearly three decades of leadership experience in IT and sales, Michael Rustom is a proven partner for businesses looking to take the next step and revolutionize their approach to technology systems.


Michael grew up in Toronto and attended St. Michael’s Choir School. He remained in the city for post-secondary studies, receiving degrees in Religious Studies and History from Queen’s University. His career began as an outdoor sales rep for AT&T, where, through determination and a hunger for success via customer satisfaction, he quickly rose through the ranks, earning recognition as one of Canada's top Account Executives. With each new role, Michael expanded his horizons, gaining experience in systems integration across a wide range of industries, including mining, finance, and government. 


Michael's tenure at Scalar Decisions (now CDW) marked a turning point in his career. As an Account Executive, he spearheaded initiatives that revolutionized the way businesses approached IT solutions. He earned the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues by securing pivotal bids for major events and company accounts and leading his teams to unprecedented levels of success. Because of these achievements, he rose through the ranks to Director and then Vice President of Sales. 


In 2022, Michael embarked on a new adventure, founding his own IT consulting business. With a blend of industry expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, he continues to open up new opportunities for businesses through their approach to innovative technology solutions. Michael remains committed to devising bespoke solutions, nurturing client relationships, and empowering businesses to reach their full potential.
